Cancellation policy

Because our class sizes are intentionally small, we kindly ask for as much notice as possible if your plans change. If you cancel 90 or more days before the session, we are happy to offer a full refund, or you are welcome to swap in another participant at no charge. Within 90 days of the session you are still able to substitute another participant, though refunds are no longer available. Once we are within 45 days of the session, there is a $250 administrative fee for the substitution.

Within 14 days of the session, we are unable to accept cancellations or substitutions, and the registration fee is non-refundable.
