1. Information We Collect
We collect personal information in two ways: information you provide to us directly, and information collected automatically when you visit our website.
Information You Provide Directly
When you fill out a contact form on our website, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, company name, and job title. We also collect any message or inquiry you submit.
When you complete an assessment or readiness quiz hosted on ScoreApp (a third-party platform we use for qualification and self-assessment), you may provide your name, email address, phone number, company name, job title, or more, including your responses to the quiz questions. ScoreApp processes this data on our behalf and transfers it to us. By completing a quiz, you consent to this transfer.
When you sign up for our email list or respond to a survey (via SurveyMonkey or other platforms we use), you provide your name and email address, along with any responses you submit.
When you attend a virtual training session via Zoom or a like platform/ tool, the platform provider may collect your name, email address, and session activity data subject to their own privacy policy.
Information Collected Automatically
When you visit our website, we and our analytics partners collect certain technical information automatically, including:
Your IP address and approximate geographic location
Browser type, operating system, and device information
Pages you visit on our site, time spent on each page, and navigation paths

Service Providers
We share personal information with third-party companies that help us operate our business and deliver our services. These companies are contractually required to process your data only on our behalf and in accordance with our instructions. Our current service providers include:

Squarespace, Inc. for website hosting and built-in analytics
ScoreApp for hosting and processing quiz and assessment submissions

Legal Requirements

Leadership, our clients, or others, or investigate, prevent, or respond to suspected illegal activity or violations of our terms.
Business Transfers
If Aha! Leadership is involved in a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or similar transaction, your personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will provide notice before your personal information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Specifically:
Contact form submissions are retained in our CRM (Bitrix24) for as long as we maintain an active or potential business relationship with you, or until you request deletion
Quiz and assessment data collected via ScoreApp is retained in accordance with ScoreApp's retention policies and transferred to our CRM, where it is retained alongside other contact information
Email subscriber data is retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion
Analytics data (Google Analytics, Squarespace) is retained in accordance with the respective platform's data retention settings, typically 14 to 26 months for Google Analytics
When personal information is no longer needed for the purposes for which it was collected, we will delete or anonymize it, or securely store it and isolate it from further use, if deletion is not immediately possible.
6. Data Security
We implement reasonable and appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Our website is hosted on Squarespace, which maintains industry-standard security practices including SSL/TLS encryption for data in transit.
However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information, and we encourage you to use caution when sharing sensitive personal information online.
In the event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
7. Third-Party Links and Services
Our website may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, or services that we do not own or control, including ScoreApp quiz pages. This Privacy Policy applies only to information collected through ahaleadership.com and our directly operated channels. It does not apply to third-party websites or services.

8. Children's Privacy
Our website and services are directed exclusively to business professionals and organizations. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13. Aha! Leadership does not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising. Because we do not engage in these practices, there is no need to opt out of a sale or sharing of your data.

We will acknowledge your request within 10 business days and respond within 45 calendar days. If we need additional time (up to 90 days total), we will notify you in writing. We will verify your identity before processing your request. We will not charge a fee for your request unless it is excessive or manifestly unfounded.

California residents may designate an authorized agent to submit requests on their behalf. To use an authorized agent, please provide written authorization, and be prepared to verify your own identity directly with us as required under applicable law.
11. Residents of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, and Other States

12. International Visitors
